Public Community Safety Meeting

Friday, July 15, 2022, 7:00pm-8:30pm

King Edwards VI Handsworth School, Rose Hill Road, Handsworth B21 9AR

You are invited to the next public community safety meeting being held by Soho Road East Neighbourhood Watch. The aim of the meeting is to share progress on activities to date and to receive feedback from you on the issues faced by our community.

Some of the concerns that have already been raised at previous meetings include:

Anti-social behaviour
Drug dealing
Alcohol, drug and substance abuse
Fly tipping
Local housing
Prostitution
Speeding vehicles
Violent crime

At the meeting you will have the chance to:

Get updates on local community issues and projects;
Share your concerns;
Receive help from our support network; and
Access the right information to keep you, your family, and your community safe.

Representatives from the local council, police, schools, businesses and other organisations have all been invited to attend so we can share our concerns and work together to stop these problems.

Please note at the request of our elected officials this meeting has been scheduled for a Friday evening.

Coming together to build a stronger and safer community

We must work together to help prevent and reduce crime, the fear of crime, to protect people from harm and make our area a better place to live and work.
