    Alert message sent 22/12/2021 14:29:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

This is a message from Wycombe District Neighbourhood Watch Association

We sent out Alert messages on 28th October and 10th December to warn you of the increased threat from burglaries with the extended hours of darkness and because of residents being away over the Christmas and New Year holiday.

We must now advise you that this risk has become a reality and an increased number of burglaries have taken place recently in the Wycombe district.

So, may we encourage you to take all possible precautions against these crime and especially so if you are going to be out or away.  Do whatever you can to make your house look occupied by leaving lights on with time switches and by having a neighbour’s car parked on your drive.  If you have an alarm, do switch it on when you are out of the house, even if that should be for a brief period.

    Thank you
