HELLO EVERYONE.

Since we took over DNHWA we have been dogged by one thing and another over the last 2 years first we had problems setting up the association after being left alone to get on with the setting up we had to set up bank account and also form a committee which we have done then we had find a venue for our meetings which we were successful in doing this only to be stopped by covid19 in March 2020 owing to regulations so you can see we have had some stressful times, however we seem to be on a move to come out of regulations and meeting may be able to move forward come 12th JUNE 2021.

So me and the committee have discussed what we could to to enable us to move forward between now and 12th JUNE 2021 and we have decided to go down the modern road of having further ZOOM meetings in order the move further forward when it is appropriate to do so.

So I would to ask you all if you like to join in ZOOM meetings when we plan them and what would be the best time to hold the ZOOM meetings afternoons or evening with thought to those who work and those who retired, we the committee would like to fit in with everyone if possible to be involved in our association and the ZOOM meetings with the ambition of keeping DARLINGTON safe.

So my point in writing to you as registered members of NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH would you commit to attending online ZOOM meetings and what would be the best days and time you like the meetings to be held. As chairman I would discus all the emails returned and try to make the meetings available to all and at preferred time.
