Vehicle Crime Over Kellet

In the early hours of 11.1.21 a vehicle was damaged in over Kellet. This involved the front bumper being totally removed and stolen. We believe this occurred at approximately 03.30hrs and the offenders vehicle may of been a white panel van parked near the pub. This is not the first time the village has suffered such a crime so if we can ask everyone to remain extra vigilant and report any suspicious circumstances. Can anyone with any potential evidence regard this crime please let us know ASAP.
