Your observations are requested for the following male reported as missing from Exeter and last seen at approximately 10:30am today, Tuesday 12 February 2019.
He is known as Lewis Moore and is described as white, 14 years of age, 5 foot 5 inches in height, slim build, dark brown hair - which is longer and curly on top, wearing a baseball cap, black zip up anorak top with red seagull emblem with red zip, and blue or grey jogging trousers.
We have concerns for his welfare.
